The Union Public Safety Department is responsible for law enforcement and fire services in the City of Union, South Carolina.  Some of the major functions of the Department are:

Criminal Investigations, Drug Investigations, Patrol Services, Arson Investigation, School Resource Officer Program, Fire Inspections, Records Management The Department employs 39 employees.  All Public Safety Officers are Certified Class 1 Law Enforcement Officers and are also Certified by the SC Fire Academy at the Fire Fighter II level or better.
